I had Covid in March 2020.It started as a very mild sore throat and very unusual tight,strange feeling in lungs.Very different from influenza.

I started treating with zinc medication immediately.

Over next 3 days, sore throat got progressively worse,lungs got much worse until by night of day 3,great difficulty in breathing and very light headed.I felt like I might not wake up on day 4,the way the breathing problems were.

The surprising thing was I still felt good,still working in yard and in garage. With flu I would have felt worn out and tired and wouldn't have felt like doing anything.

On day 4,wake up feeling very much better,throat getting better,breathing getting better.

By day 6,symptoms almost completely gone,felt normal.
