This stinks of a platform break-up operation, in this case targeting both Telegram and Ron simultaneously.
At the moment I trust both Telegram and Ron aka CodeMonkeyZ, and I wonder if this is just a major misunderstanding between the two. For example Ron is also wondering if he triggered some automated system, and has sent in an appeal to Telegram.
Then there's also the NSO leak regarding the owner of Telegram, Pavel Durov. I'm tending towards distrusting that information because it's being pushed out with glee by the MSM, and the MSM narrative appears to be timed "preemptively". I'd be going out on a limb, but this could be a case of DS actors exploiting the situation between Telegram and Ron, either because the situation presented itself on its own or they the DS actors caused it in the first place by some sort of intervention.
The current result of the confusion is either people jumping ship from Telegram because it's a "honeypot" or disowning Ron because they don't trust him as a "LARP". This benefits exactly no one but the DS.
I'm going to wait and see how it unfolds between the two.
