I hope you don't think I'm attacking you. I'm not. It's good to question all things. But Q was answering two different questions. The 'outside of public domain' was in answer to 'are there secret space programs'. I am a power supply design engineer with a lifelong obsession for all things space. As a hobby, I have been working on my own crazy unique designs for rockets and believe I have a game changer design. And it is a watercraft too, which made me question, 'watch the water'! lol. Anyway, after a hiatus due to the stolen election and the chicom virus, I hope to continue with my design and maybe present it to President Trump's Space Force when he is officially back. : ) Maybe I'll even stick a "TRUMP WON" flag on the moon.
