I'd ask an attorney about this. While the state may not have religious exemptions for vaccines, they can't have a law against religious exemptions in employment. I don't think a state can supersede federal law, and the Civil Rights Act of 1964 is very clear on religious exemptions in employment. I don't practice in your state, but I think you have a decent shot with an argument along those lines.
