Advertising & Creative gets to work, it's long nights but everyone knows what's at stake, and the results are mind blowing, it's probably one of the best campaigns this Organization has every come up throughout in it's entire existence. You remember the A.D. Great Depression very well, those were hard times.
The campaign rolls out - promises of a safe work environment, increased focus on equity, programs to get mothers back into the work force, training for fathers to be better allies, and with both parents at work we pledge increased funding to schools and a much better curriculum (because education is the way out of poverty), an aggressive stance on stopping hate and racial injustice, ... and the list goes on.
Your growth explodes, the volunteer program has increased exponentially... they are just walking through the gates, it's insane. At this rate your organization will at the top of the Suffering & Pain 7 index.
You feel great, you're much stronger than you were before, and the best part of it all is none of your volunteers realize where they are.
