They (whoever made this image, I've seen it weeks ago) just lined up the Greek alphabet minus Alpha, Beta, and Gamma. And incremented 1 month at a time starting from Delta in June.

I'm guessing the joke is that (((they'll))) just keep iterating through the Greek Alphabet. Which I mean... I think Epsilon is in the Propaganda News now... so maybe it's not such a terrible prediction. lol. The dates may not be accurate though. The number of them may also not be accurate.
