Edited: Damn, that isn't what I was looking for. I'm looking for the case those lawyers and medics are putting forth in the largest Tort case in history at The Hague. Doesn't seem to be on there. The guy who claims to be Cheif Justice is not a lawyer, it sounds as if it's one of those peoples courts. Which is nice but they have absolutely no power.

Anybody know how the Tort case is proceeding in the real courts in Germany?
