I was reading something about dandelion leaves tea rather earlier.
Pine needles (leaves) /pine tea ? I don't know. For some colds those liquid/juice from pine buds (take pine buds & mix with sugar, wait a week, strain) is usefull but season for pine buds is over this year (it was near april-may). <beware: 1 spoon, it contains some turpentine so taking more is not so wise>
Some tea is done from red pine needles in korea as I checked, but season for needles will be rather in/near December ? Normal pine probably also then.
If somebody would ask about herbs:
Now it is rather season for St. John's wort but it is rather not for covid and I don't know if it is in USA or not. All I found it may grow somewhere in Montana, but elsewhere ? Also for Tansy, but tansy is quite toxic and rather for deworming children (extreme caution needed) - definitely tansy is not for pregnant women too. And both - St. John's wort and Tansy have rather nothing common with corona I guess.
