I am in the exact same situation. Office is re-opening in 3-4 months. The company left themselves a clever way out by making life difficult for employees who choose not to get the shot, rather than declaring a mandate.
However, the company policy clearly said that only HR could ask for medical information. That means my boss or co-workers theoretically can't ask me if I had the shot or not. I never signed a HIPAA waiver form for this job. Their policy also says I don't have to report my mRNA status.
So my plan is to not wear the face diaper unless told to do so by HR or my manager first. If they catch me, I will find a new position or even quit and start my own company.
I'll actually apply to a bunch of fully remote job listings 1 month before the office opens. That way, hopefully I have a backup plan ready in case the work environment gets sketchy.
Also, an important point is things could change in 4 months... the shots could be proven not to work, the booster shots could be causing mass death, Joebama could go full dictator and say that even the jabbed need to cover their faces, or maybe we reach the climax of the Q operation in August/September and the Great Awakening begins.
