It's your body's innate reflection of your thoughts and feelings to those you despise, distrust, disavow and disrespect etc. - all usually for very sound reasons.

It's also what betrays liars when they're being deceitful. Well, all but the most psychopathic of them. They work on also lying to themselves so their body doesn't betray their thoughts to you. Don't be like these shifty-eyed freaks.

My position is this: work on being a good and decent person each and every day. If you make a mistake, admit it, apologise and learn from it. If your moral compass points or is always moving towards the right direction then you have nothing to fear about when your body has an allergic reaction to some slimy shifty turd in your presence. Let them see the disgust their existence generates. It's the polite way of saying "f*ck you, a**hole..."

Living being afraid of offending someone with micro-aggressions is a vortex of self-correction that will erode your spirit faster than wearing a Yay Biden T-Shirt and sitting in one of the circles at a presser and pretending he's anything other than a dirty thieving kiddie-sniffing pedo oxygen thief.
