Their initial announcement of the mandatory jabs demanded we grant HR access to our medical records so that they could "confirm our vaccination status". When it was pointed out that this was entirely unnecessary as our state has a database specifically for vaccination status, they doubled down and said the alternative was nose swabs twice a week.
