Last night my mom's friend told her, her business owner friend apparently got a phone call letting him know we will lockdown for two weeks and its not pandemic related ( thinking climate change as the excuse). He was pissed because he has lost so much money in CA. Ive been preparing stock wise. Who knows who called him and how accurate it is, but this is what my mom said.
