I was in the Australian Infantry. We have only 1 Paratroop Battalion( 3 RAR) All Paras are hard buggers. It's quite interesting reading about Brit SAS training, when a Para or a Green Jacket ect is on jungle selection. They start to learn new tactics that really impress them.

A lot of those jungle warfare tactics they learn are Australian tactics.

The Brits still have extremely good troops,very disciplined and dedicated.
