We assume it's a President, because "My fellow Americans" is the standard address between President and We The People, but there is nothing else in this post that indicates that. So it really has to be someone who everyone would consider a meaningful source. It also has to be someone who is American, because if say, Putin said "My fellow Americans" it would have no meaning, since he is not a "fellow American".
So American and everyone must consider them a meaningful source. Could it be Flynn? Could it be Giuliani? Could it be Sidney Powell? It would have to be someone that has been in the know (and that we know has been in the know) for years.
Or a President, regardless of what side they appear to be on.
