We know earthquakes aren't all naturally occurring. Didn't we level a mountain in North Korea with an "earthquake" because it had a nuke bomb facility, or something like that?

I saw a video this morning from someone in Haiti showing a body of water, not sure if it's a lake or what, and his comment was "Another strange event! The sea is all dried up after the earthquake." Not sure what to make of that. Was the earthquake actually a blowing up of a tunnel(s) under the lake, which then caused the water level to drop down? I know this is wild speculation, but just trying to not rule anything out on the grounds of "that's crazy talk."
