Like Margaret Thatcher, Indra Ghandi, Lakshmibai, Ching Shih (郑氏) Sigrid Storråda (Świętosława,probably she could be daughter of first Polish king Mieszko), Olga of Kiev, Cleopatra. But such list is short as powerful women capable of quite successful leadership are not majority among women indeed.
