I have many friends in the medical field : nurses, a couple doctors, administration, this is literally the first time I've heard of covid causing people to 'bleed out by the mouth'.

Unless you've had a massive, and I mean, massive blunt trauma to the head - without a laceration - you pretty much can't 'bleed out' through your mouth.

Unless your lungs are FULL of blood, the trachea, esophagus, epiglottis and the larynx would all prevent a bleed out from the mouth to cause death. Not to mention gravity. You'd actually choke to death on the blood before it made it OUT of your mouth if that was the case.

Are these patients being hung by their feet?
