Divide the people into various groups, and pit them against each other to sow distrust and animosity.

Use psychological manipulation techniques like projection, intentional self contradiction, and propaganda to keep the people confused, fearful, anxious, upset, and angry. [YOU ARE HERE]

Get them fighting tooth and nail.

Then SIMPLY TAKE OVER: TO "RESTORE PEACE".
