Do you have a source that backs up the assertion that nobody is dying from COVID-19 in Afghanistan? That would surprise me, since their own data says at least a third of their population has been infected at some point.
I'm not sure what sources you consider valid for COVID reporting, but the sources I've read so far have mentioned between 6-8 thousand deaths in Afghanistan due to COVID as of today.
Nobody wearing masks or social distancing is probably due to their entire government collapsing. Can't really enforce social rules without a ruling social structure. However, I can't find any reliable information regarding these measures prior to the Taliban retaking control at the moment, so that may or may not be entirely true. Which, again, would lend credence to my surprise if you can prove that nobody is dying from COVID in Afghanistan.
