Remember that if anything bad happens, as per the updated OSHA guidelines, any loss of ability or loss of life as a result of getting a mandatory vaccination is considered a workplace injury. Your wives health and well-being is the responsibility of her employer now. And they must pay out in the same manner they would if it happened in the workplace.
