Also, here's something for your horse -- Flonase Sensimist (nasal spray). I did a dig last month for other OTC treatments for covid -- learned that the active ingredient is (or is like) a steroid -- front line med workers in Israel were using it both as a preventive and a treatment -- it reduces symptoms.
My horse has been using it daily. Don't know if it's kept him from getting sick, but his sinuses have never been clearer.
