Trump also may think because he’s such a genius chess player that his provax stance (wink, wink) won’t harm his followers and, at the same time, he’ll be converting more libs (who are pro-vax) to vote for him in 2024 or whatever (but that won’t work). So, the big picture is all a game to him, one that he really thinks he ultimately cannot lose, but the casualties and his giant ego are causing him much more damage than he is capable of being aware of.
