He has been outspoken about this for some time. (FYI anons, Larry Sanger does some pretty decent take-downs in the comments, so def. check it out, guy's a legend).

The take away from this is that the site itself should not be a focus in your mind any more. It's outed by its co-founder, it's done. Treat it like the others, brand it as such, eg. wickedpedia give it no recognition except in mockery. Just the same as many other sites that have failed to do right.
