Squeeze it out on you finger and put that on your tongue, wash it down, then put something else on your tongue like pnut butter, or whatever, if you are worried about aftertaste. No biggie! You should take zinc 50 mg WITH FOOD, daily, and 8000 units vite D3 daily. If you are actually sick, you can repeat rhe ivermectin the next day. I have had 2 doses 10 days apart just to see if I would feel better (Sinus issue/slight Respiratory) and I do. Also, neither of my doses resulted in seeing worms. Would not mind if I do see them! Kill those fuckers! Been using Ivermectin for my horses for decades. Seriously... no paranoia is merited. Go for it.
