Keep on asking more questions and force management to answer your questions. If enough people do this at your work, they may back down. At the same time, there is NO LAW mandating vaxxinations in any State of the Union. There is however, for children attending school. However depending on the State, there are religious and/or personal belief exemptions. Only CA, NY, MS, and WV do not allow for religious and personal belief exemptions.
