exactly^ knowing that negative thoughts were not my own helped immensely. now I can see 'them' for the spooks that they are.

I used to be quite interested in reading about astrology, seances, etc.. think it brought on some type of curse, because I couldn't see the light like I can now. SO clear and obvious one you understand it's all spiritual- Good/Evil
