The thing about resigning commissions is, it can be denied based on numerous factors - primarily needs of the military, administrative/medical issues, and disciplinary issues. If you clearly violate the UCMJ like LtCol Scheller did, you will NOT be allowed out until that's cleared up.
The ONLY way he could possibly get out of it is IF hundreds, or thousands more AD members begin speaking out. [they]'re using him as an example, to scare the Branches into doing what [they] want.
Unfortunately as we've seen with that Dike SSgt, [they] want people like her, not Scheller. And that should worry everyone here. Because once [they]'ve dealt with him and everyone like him, the rest, no matter how Conservative and truly patriotic they are, if they're under contract or trying to finish out a career, most will capitulate and follow their Fasci-Soci-Communist leaders. The worst part is, those Patriots will let the [DS] and Cabal call the shots and follow those orders because by that point they will have let the [DS] Cabal convince them that what their doing is "truly" "patriotic."
