Illegally-acquired evidence can't be used to legally charge someone. Blackmail, certainly, but Nancy Pelosi could have had, "SECRET ADRENOCHROME FILES" on her desktop, and a picture taken by someone who trespassed into her office would still be inadmissable.

The best they could hope for is publishing it to a tabloid or something and hoping it built up public opinion, but no such picture from Jan 6th has accomplished that.

If Trump was trying to use protestors to gather information as evidence, then he failed to realize that causing Congress to lock down due to the trespass was going to cause ANY evidence acquired in such a manner to be tainted and unusable in court.

PERHAPS there would have been an argument for being able to use that evidence if Trump had pardoned all the Jan 6th people, but he didn't do that either.

All it's accomplished is getting your movement targeted and ostracized. And it's really hard for you guys to be helpful in legal situations from where Q is currently sitting after Jan 6th.
