Can someone look at the VAERS data and tell me if I'm interpreting correctly that over 186,000 adverse vaccine reactions have been noted this year. Only a few are not covid related.

Can someone look at the VAERS data and tell me if I'm interpreting correctly that over 186,000 adverse vaccine reactions have been noted this year. Only a few are not covid related.
Also, if anyone knows what the abbreviations LA, RA, and UNK mean in the data, and would post it, I'd be appreciative. Searched and could not find what these mean.
