I use commercial equipment for extractions. I should have used the proper term infusion. To infuse, you don't need anything more than a crockpot. In this case take the peels, line the bottom of the crockpot, add approximately half cup or full cup of food grade oil to cover them. Cook on low for 2-4 hrs. Turn off and allow to rest for 24 hours. Strain and bottle. Use an oil that has high heat properties such coconut or sunflower. You can use others, but these tend to hold up longer. Ratio for most infusions are 1:1 Hope that helps. Coconut oil will make a firm infusion, paste like. Sunflower oil will have fluid bottle ability.
