I’m pretty sure that the documentary skips over the part of the original construction where they secretly attach thermite charges to all the major support beams in the building in order to make the towers eventual demolition cost a lot less someday.
Without blasting caps or detonators in place those charges would be extremely stable and safe.
To bring down the buildings all you would have to do is hire a group of Israeli art students to put the detonators in place.
But that never happened, right?
