I work for Bass Pro Shops/Cabelas here in Alaska and there has Not been even a whisper of comment from Corporate in Missouri. If they were truly being Forced by fines to comply we Should have heard something by now right? IMHO this is More geared towards Democrat Blue states where their Soros Appointed AG's can put the screws to Any Mid size corporation who may balk at these "Mandates".
