“It violates HIPAA” is the hallmark of someone who fundamentally misunderstands their legal position.

  2. Your workplace is not a constitutional democracy. Citing the constitution is kind of silly. Example, constitution guarantees freedom of speech but you can easily be fired for something you say or wear in violation with a dress code.

  3. You don’t really consent to medical advice. Advice is something you passively hear. I’m not sure this is grammar or conceptual.

Your letter is grounds to terminate your employment without severance since you’re effectively asking them to fire you with buzzwords their attorneys will know you don’t understand.

I would keep my head down and look for a new job.
