This blog explains it well.

Look at the 6 characters in the show and all of them have names that can be used for comms. "Monica" who had the exact same hairstyle as Monica Lewinsky at the time. Chandler which Q famous posted is used as a comm for "Child Handler". Several of the show episodes were comms at the time. It ran through the Clinton era.

Now suddenly we had a "Friends" reunion last week. Look at this article:

https://news.yahoo.com/matt-leblanc-friends-reunion-became-180900843.html

Irish uncle "with a heart of gold", Matt Le Blanc's character named Joey... hmm... someone of Irish heritage with a name similar to Joey... who could that be?

https://abcnews.go.com/Politics/video/paul-ryan-preps-joe-bidens-irish-uncle-moment-17457684

(^ old article but you get the point ^)

Joey from Friends is Italian, but the article uses the comms of him being like an Irish Uncle. The Yahoo article is actually talking about Joe Biden who has often been referred to by the Left as an Irish Uncle "with a heart of gold".

So the comms are like this:

Matt Le Blanc => Joey => Joe Biden

Now look at the "tweets" where they use pictures of Matt Le Blanc and add weird interpretations that are often with a 6.

"6 pence quick pint please. No petrol"

Petrol can be another way to say "gas". Basically it's comms for "no petrol".

Later another tweet is about "Matt Le Blanc" getting them pregnant and Irish tweeters need to pay for their therapy. Again with the Irish stuff. Joey's character is supposed to be Italian, but they keep pushing it like he's "Irish". Why? Because they're talking about Joe Biden.

In the screenshotted tweets there are exactly three 6's used. So 666.

Five is used twice which is 5 + 5 = 10.

And they use an odd 20.

Likely it's 10-20. which could be reference to this:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ten-code

10-20 being "What's your location?"

12 tweets and the 9th one has "Joey" photoshopped into a supermarket followed by the tenth tweet of an arm-crossed Joey on a TV (shutdown on the news). In the supermarket are signs that say "Take it away" and "Top up and Pay".

Likely the comm means "Top up and Pay" or "Buy up now in cash and get out". I'm thinking "take it away" is comms for "take away the food". Remember JBS got "hacked" on June 1st and meat prices are rising.

The "meme" of Joey is of his arms cross which likely signals "closed". Meaning something or several things will be shutdown.

My interpretation of the comms:

Joey with arms crossed means something will be closed. I'm going to drop the "Joey" and just say who they really mean "Joe Biden":

Tweet #1: "Joe is happy to see you open your presents even though he doesn't know what any of them are because Mum got them.

(Will be closed)

Tweet #2:

Joe Biden refers to his wife as "the Boss" (no, this is not a comm for Jill Biden).

"A BBQ on Sunday? Just let me ask the Boss?"

(Sounds like it could be comms for more wildfires? Not sure)

Tweet #3:

"failing to fix the PC".

(Closed again.)

(Could be something about computers have a big problem or maybe it's about the semiconductors.)

Tweet #4:

Joe, "well we ought to make a move who's ready to rock n' roll?"

(I think that one is obvious)

Tweet #5:

(Not sure. Maybe schools?)

In Tweet #7 #8 his arms are not closed. I think given that in #9 they are closed again and he's on a TV it's saying "while these are still not shutdown".

The tweet with younger Joey in red (likely code red as in "punishment") and pointing at his older self with arms closed on the TV is likely a comm for "the shutdown will be in the news soon".

Notice the reference in the article to "Joe" not being smaller than everyone, but larger (remember the Carter photo from May?).

This is discussing that "Joe" (who is only the front since "The Boss" from one of the earlier tweets makes all the decisions) will make a move and several things will be shut down or turned off. We've already seen this with gas and now meat. More is to come.

UPDATE: I noticed something else. Look close at the tweet of "Joe" standing at their home in Friends with his arms open. He is leaning on the blue counter and behind his arm is a disturbing white vase with yellow flowers and a face painted on that looks positioned to be "watching" Joe.

I feel like this is no accident that vase being there and in just that position. It looks like comm saying he has "watchers" or "handlers". I guess people who are there to make sure he does what he's told.

Here is another article about Irish social media going insane for their favorite "Irish Uncle". It makes no sense unless you understand comms. Irish Joey is Joe Biden.
