Am I the only one wondering why Jovan Hutton Pulitzer's kinematic artifacts findings (ballot paper foldings, etc) were not included in the report? I thought that was going to be one of the big reveals. In his review of the audit process, the CyberNinja's CEO (forget his name now, sorry - but awesome guy) showed high resolution cameras (DSLR's) and said photos were taken of each ballot - front and back. I assume that was for Jovan's analysis. So what could have changed for the audit results to not include that information? Thoughts?
