You find people like that in the non-typical places.
A workout studio (something like Lifetime Fitness) is full of nurses and EMT's who know other people. The trainers know people. If you know any local firemen or paramedics, they know people.

Workers at hospitals and national pharmacies would NEVER agree to anything of the sort. However, people at small doctors offices and local clinics may. If you walked into a local vax event (like at a park or school) it's worth asking. It's not YOUR fault that two $100 bills happen to fall out of your pocket, and distracted the nurse so she gave you a saline shot, but forgot to fill it with vax. You can always choose to leave.

Some grocery store chains (HEB, Kroger, etc...) may be a good option too. A lot of nurses are getting kicked out of hospitals these days for refusing to take the vax... and where do you think they go? Yup... to those small doctor offices or to the local grocery store pharmacies. :>)

Personally, I would head to a few local biker bars. Around Houston, the bikers know people that will simply give you a vax card and put your name in the national database. I would bet I could get 10 people fully "vaxed" for $1,500 cash ($150 each), and they would be registered in the national database and have a vax card. You might know a friend or neighbor that has low friends in high places. It's worth asking. if it's just you, that may be an issue. However, if you have a group... you might get a nice group rate like mentioned above. It's a business like any other.
