I agree it should go to FightBack. Lin uses that money for good. He does a lot for those who cannot afford a lawyer. Kyle wouldn't have been released without Lin.

If you pay the full amount it is refunded. If you use a bail bondsman and pay 10% that amount is not returned.

I'd bet Lin paid 100% and didn't use a bondsman. But, I don't know.
