A vaccine, even if its shitty and barely works, should not result in vaccinated people IN hospital. Those people should have some benefit from the vaccine. The 13 people should be the only people in hospital if the vaccine actually worked.

It gets even worse if you make it a lesser amount of people "in hospital". 10 in hospital. 87% vaxxed, 13% unvaxxed. 9 vaxxed, 1 unvaxxed. 11.25% is bigger than 5%.
