Ahh well engineering. I learned C# and I am doing firmware. I used to be hardware so it's been different but I'm making more money six months in.

Edit: I responded to some Linkin adds to get my first job. They wanted a temporary intermediate programmer. That ended after three months. Then I was an "expert" the place I worked for referred me to another company and got offered double the money for another similar firmware project that's almost done. More work lined up in December.
