Haven't exactly scoured the web searching for one LOL but it's interesting that in all the seedy porn shops of my misspent youth, all my hours on shady websites, I never once encountered one. I know there's an urban legend that says they're not real, that it's easier and cheaper to simply fake killing someone than to do it for real, but who knows?
