anyway... getting enough vitamin D vs more but not enough makes a HUGE difference, if your vitamin D levels are low and you start taking a large enough dose it's like flipping a switch and among other things it can have a huge positive effect on your energy levels....
Reduced what I take from 3200iu to 1600iu because summer/sun... and while it wasn't an instant change when I did this entire summer I have been lethargic and less productive, returned to 3200iu a few weeks ago and it was like turning the fucking light back on........
