If your statement above was that, "we can't definitely know" if mass deaths will result from vaccines, I would have readily agreed with you, but you said, "If you actually think most vaxxed people will be dead in a few years you’re the one with limited knowledge."

The "with limited knowledge" part of your statement says to me that you are asserting that if the person who thinks most vaxxed people will be dead in a few years only had additional knowledge, then they would not believe as they do. It is therefore logical to assume, via this statement, that you do posses that "additional knowledge."
