The system is run on debt and its corrupt. There is no way out of bribery/ridicolous regulations/ constricted fake freedom without the collapse of the system [edit addition] and i think after a "collapse" we just go back to work as normal. Then we are still servicing the needs of eachother, the jobs and fields will be like a jar with sand and rocks being shaken, doctors, nurses, cops, firefighters waitresses builders, will all get their worth. Unhindered un regulated, not screwed over by interest groups etc
