You actually can't see equipment left on the moon with a good telescope. Unless you can source the video of it of course- we would love to see it, as a group that painstakingly analyzes these type of things.
The best amateur footage we have is a gentleman with Nikon P900 viewing a satellite that goes past the moon and casts a shadow on it.
edit: it casts no shadow, but you can see its silhouette.
