The Supreme Court ruled on this I believe in 2012 and indeed considered property of the patent owner because the DNA sequence did not occur naturally.
It’s a harsh reality and only found out about 2 months ago.

Just about everyone I know is injected, and to tell you the truth, none hold an ill grudge towards me, nor do I do the same. No point on causing division in anyway even knowing what I know about this. They are adults and can make their own decisions.
On an ending note and on page 1 saw some symbolism:
“Argued April 15, 2013—Decided June 13, 2013“
Didnt the Titanic sink on April 15th 1913?
Scalia couldnt pick some other day he decided?
