This has been planned for many, many decades, perhaps much longer still.. Agenda 21 was implemented in 1992, but the depopulation agenda goes well beyond that. Add some genetic modification, nanotech and hydras to the mix, and here we are. I was part of an informal group researching Agenda 21/2030 goals years ago, "sustainable" and "smart" cities. A lot have been memoryholed, but there was one prolific researcher Rosa Koire (passed in May) which goes back many years and should lead you to other older discussions about this "green" agenda of new slavery.
