Every little notch contains 4mg or so of ivermectin, so a glob about the size of a thumbnail (3-4 notches) should be 12-16mg which is a good dose.

I take 16mg once a week.

I also was supposed to have it prescribed from America's frontline doctors and at 210 pounds, 5 (3mg) pills a day for 5 days if you get symptoms.

That matches up with the 12-16mg dosing I mentioned.
