For example...
Second wind = renewed inspiration/motivation.
Homonymously, we inspire air to fill our lungs = second wind.
Then there are thoughts on how breathing relates to chi.
Do you have any good references for the Latin language? I’m convinced it’s not lost/dead, so much as it is reserved for use by a few. I understand, to an extent, how language shapes a culture’s prevalent thoughts and ideas. But there is much I do not know.
