I ask my angels for help all the time and thank them. Does your church have stained glass? A cross? Do you admire great works of religious art or the religious music of Mozart or Beehtoven or Bach? Spirituality can be very personal, and I lived and learned the Bible from Mormons who claimed extraordinary understanding where there was none. I think there is room for disagreement on points of religious doctrine without accusing people of idol worship.
