I got my 10 yrs in last week. You can retire with Medical for life with 10. Your pension will essentially pay your medical premiums I am 60 and will likely take a job as a contractor and take the early retirement under duress.

Also, I stated that in my Religious exemption; should I be denied I would chose early retirement over termination “under duress”.

Am GS13 step 7. Was supervisor over engineers; NASA had me join the Sr Eng team. Already have offer for GS14 pay; just have to work the waiver and I am leaving. I am 60 yrs old as a point of reference
